Can I pay for my order using my debit or credit card?

You can pay for your order using any major debit or credit card using PayFast payment gateway. Simply select the "PayFast" payment method when checking out and follow the prompts.

Card payments clear instantly, allowing us to send your order out quickly.

Can I pay for my order with an EFT payment on my internet banking?

We accept South African EFT/bank transfers. Simple choose "EFT" payment method when you check out. You will receive our banking details and an order number when you have completed your checkout. You will also recieve an email with all the details you need to make a payment for your order.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your payment to clear if you are paying from any bank other than FNB. Payments from FNB accounts will clear immediately.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere withing South Africa. We currently do not accept international orders.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1 to 3 days for orders to be processed. After orders are processed shipping takes on average 8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship orders locally in South Africa.

How does your 90-day refund policy work?

We offer a 90-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, simply return it in it's original condition for a full refund.

How does the 12 month warranty work? 

All our products come with a 12 month warranty against defects in material or workmanship. If your product breaks under normal use, simply return it for a repair or replacement.
